Hello world.

This is my first post of my first ever blog. It has taken years of nag encouragement by my wife to get to this point. So we all have her to thank.

I have not given myself a gentle introduction to this world, but I hope that by diving into the deep end it will accelerate my learning of the medium and you will see tangible improvements of the look and feel of the site.
